Whether you are a new or experienced yoga student, our trained yoga teacher will guide you gracefully through meditation, breathing, and movement specialized for the prenatal body and mind. Designed to both nurture and challenge you, prenatal yoga inspires trust in your birthing journey while providing an open community to discuss what you are experiencing. You’ll benefit from the much needed relaxation, while strengthening the muscles that support your baby during pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. Empower and inspire yourself for birth and meet other moms in your community!


Monday evenings from 5:30-6:45 pm 

Classes are held in the Lumos Family Room at our office space – 6409 Odana Road, Suite 11A.

Passes may be used at any regularly scheduled Prenatal Yoga classes, prenatally or postpartum. Passes are not valid for workshops.

Classes are limited to 7 participants, so make sure to reserve a spot each class.

Kristin’s long term dream is to open a prenatal/postpartum center focusing on holistic care.  In the meantime she is jazzed to be offering yoga through Lumos.  She is mama to two kiddos and her relatability as a mama with littles makes her work particularly honest and real.
